DPS Digital Pressure Control SystemThe Hauck Digital Pressure Control System (DPS-300) continuously monitors and automatically controls dryer draft or furnace pressure by modulating a mechanical exhaust damper. The DPS-300 is an electronic pressure control instrument, which in conjunction with an exhaust damper and a transmitter will result in maximum fuel savings and productivity. The system can be operated in either automatic or manual mode, and is preprogrammed for easy installation. |

OVC – Oil Viscocity ControlThe Hauck OVC Oil Viscosity Control takes the inconvenience and guess work out of burning waste, recycle and heavy fuel oils. To properly burn waste and recycled oils, they must be heated to the optimum viscosity to burn cleanly and efficiently. This has, until now, required an operator to manually test each load of fuel oil to determine the correct temperature set point for the oil heater. Since recycled oil loads can vary greatly in composition, the temperature for one load can be much different than the temperature for the next load. |

SBC – Single Burner Control SystemThe Hauck SBC 1.0 offers fundamental control items for single burner combustion systems with the added fl exibility of configured features. At the core of all versions of the SBC 1.0 is the Kromschröder IFD 258 Flame Relay. The IFD 258 provides basic fl ame supervision for UV or fl ame rod devices with convenient indication for status, faults, and fl ame signal strength. |
