ASC Series Anti-Surge Control Systems

Hauck’s Anti-Surge Control Systems (ASC) are designed to reduce surging pulsations that may disturb a combustion process at reduced air flows. These pulsations are most likely to occur in applications where it is necessary to keep the blower operating during periods of very small demand – periods that may call for as little as 10 to 20% of rated volume output of the blower.

TBFS Turbo Blower Filters and Silencers

Hauck provides a complete line of highly efficient blower filters, silencers, and filter-silencers for use on TBA Turbo Blowers or any conventionally designed blower. These units offer not only efficient air filtration with a particulate removal efficiency of greater than 90% @ 10µm or larger, but also substantial reductions in dB(A) noise levels while making minimal demands on blower pressure.

TBA 50 Hertz – Metric Turbo Blower

Hauck 50 Hertz Fiberglass Turbo Blowers are metrically dimensioned units available in four pressure ranges and thirty-seven different sizes. Capacities ranging from 555 to 10,900 cubic meters per hour provide almost any needed volume of air at constant pressure (500-1100mm wc). Although originally designed as a combustion air type blower, the 50 Hertz Fiberglass Turbo Blower can be used in any application requiring low pressure air.

TBA Turbo Blowers

The Hauck direct drive Turbo Blower is available in six pressure ranges from 12–36 osig (5.2—15.5 kPa) and 63 different sizes ranging from 240 to 13,000 scfm (6.4—348 nm³/min) for providing large or small volumes of air at constant pressures. The Turbo Blower is designed to supply air for combustion or for any low pressure air application.

The combustion system experts at Hauck Manufacturing Company have been meeting the process heating requirements of the heat treating industry through quality products and world class customer service since 1888.Hauck provided the latest in combustion technology with burners and controls for both direct and indirect-fired applications for the heat treating industry.

Enhancing these products is a complete line of air blowers, valves, and electronic process controls. Hauck is in the forefront of multi-fuel combustion systems, with a long history of products that handle and burn fuels of all composition including waste oils and low calorific gases.

Hauck has provided the heat treating industry with quality products, process technology, and world-class customer service. Specifically, for the heat treating industry, Hauck developed the SVG multi velocity gas burner and has promoted the use of pulse firing to improve uniformity and fuel efficiency.
