AirJector618

AirJector 618

The Eclipse Airjector uses compressed air to entrain larger volumes of ambient air for combustion systems. The Airjector is useful when the operation of the combustion equipment is intermittent or air requirements are very small. A blower is recommended for constant operation.

Manual temperature control is achieved by a needle valve in the compressed air line. Automatic control can be achieved by installing a solenoid valve to provide “on-off” control, while a solenoid valve with adjustable bypass will give “hi-lo” burner control.

 hermetic-booster620

Hermetic Booster 620

Eclipse Hermetic Boosters are used to increase the pressure of any gas or air/gas mixture not corrosive to aluminum or steel. They deliver gas at any volume within the capacity range of the booster with a relatively constant pressure. These boosters are UL listed when handling natural or manufactured gases. [The discharge pressure is the total of the booster added pressure plus incoming gas pressure.]

The Hermetic Booster’s design is unique because its premium efficiency motor and rotor are enclosed in an airtight steel housing. No shaft seal is required, which eliminates the possibility of shaft seal leakage. Sealed electrical connections are made through an explosion-proof conduit, and an explosion proof junction box is also included. Standard shaft Class 1, Group D explosion -proof motors are standard.

 BoostPak630

BoostPak 630

The Eclipse BoostPak is a reliable, cost-effective packaged solution for pumping natural gas supply pressures up to meet the requirements of high-performance combustion equipment. The BoostPak is factory assembled, wired, and tested by Eclipse. That means all Eclipse BoostPaks are shipped and ready for field power and gas connections. Units are available with flow rates from 2 CFH to 100,000 CFH and outlet pressures from 3″w.c. to 3 psig. Higher capacities are available for specific applications.

 LPmixer650

Mixers – Air and Gas 650

Low Pressure Proportion Mixers are used to mix air and any commercially available fuel gas at low pressure and deliver the mixture under pressure to open or sealed premix type gas burners. (2 oz. to 4 psi air and 4″ w.c. to 16 oz gas.)

The single-valve control provided by the LP Mixer eliminates the need for the operator to regulate both the gas and air ratios as the heat requirements change. Efficiency losses are inevitable when both the gas and air valves on a burner have to be adjusted manually.
When these losses are eliminated by a Series LP Mixer, the investment in equipment is soon repaid in fuel savings.

 FRfilter675

Fiber Ribbon Filter 675

FR Filters are multi-purpose carbon fiber filters that can be used on liquid fuels such as light mineral oil, petroleum distillates and #2 fuel oil, as well as compressed air and gases not corrosive to brass. Rated for pressures up to 125 PSI, the FR Filters are available for pipe train sizes of 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch. Flow rates vary based on fluid viscosity.
